Sandro Schneebeli is a guitarist, composer and producer. He has played concerts all over the world and represented his country in co-operation with Swiss embassies. Sandro Schneebeli has produced more than 20 CDs and composed music for theatre and documentary films. In 2012 he was nominated for the Swiss Jazz Award and is considered one of the most interesting musicians on the Swiss music scene.

Stephan Rigert is an innovative Swiss musician and producer. He has made a name for himself as a pioneer of percussion music and has written 8 percussion-books. He was an examiner at the Lucerne School of Music. He has been touring Europe with well-known artists from all over the world since 1985. He founded ‘Drumevents’ around 20 years ago and has since organised around 1300 team-building workshops with groups of 6 to 1000 people.

Manuel Siebs is a virtuoso Swiss percussionist and passionate teacher. He studied African percussion with drum masters in Senegal and holds two master’s degrees from the Lucerne School of Music and the Zurich University of the Arts. Manuel Siebs has performed live and in the studio with bands of various musical styles and has worked for many years as an event coach for ‘Drumevents’ and ‘Rock Your Team’.

Chiara Effe is an Italian singer and guitarist. In 2006 she graduated in Popular Music and Recording at the University of Salford, Manchester, UK. She works with blues and pop bands, both electric and acoustic. She has been part of the ‘Rock Your Team’ team since 2019, inspiring her workshop participants with passion and energy and motivating them to express themselves with their own voice.
